Lily Pond is so calming and the staff are amazing! We were treated so well and the staff team did everything in their power to make sure we enjoyed ourselves, even researching places for us to go nearby. The forest surrounds give amazing views and the beach is just down the road but we particularly enjoyed the self drive boat trip on the river, suggested by the staff. Sunbathing by Lily Ponds pool with a glass of wine was really relaxing and the rooms are very comfortable too!

Such a peaceful place, luxurious yet low profile, personal, excellent service, great staff, kind owner (and kind family we met 😁). Proactive approach for dinner reservation before arriving, really appreciated! We will be back one day!

The rooms were clean and had everything you needed. The beds were super comfortable and gave a great nights sleep. The grounds were a delight to wander round. The food was amazing and the staff were incredibly friendly courteous and attentive. The owners meet and chat with the guests to check that all is well and information and advice is readily available for the local area and your onward travel. Great place to stay and plenty to do locally. One not to be missed I wished we could have stayed longer. Thank you for a great time
