• smoking: The premises and rooms are smoke-free
inside. A garden terrace & patio is available for smokers.
• confirmation of reservation
Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of
a faxed bank deposit slip or credit card number for
a 50% deposit of total due. Such fax or credit card number should
be received within 7 days of booking, failing which
the reservation lapses. Any balance due is payable upon
arrival.
Deposit refund policy
In order to keep rates at a reasonable level, refunds in respect
of cancellation, no-show or premature departure may be entertained
only in so far as no loss of income has occured.
